Insulation to Steel Purlins & Decking
Self-drilling insulation screws fix rigid board and mineral wool directly to light gauge steel purlins and roof decking with no pre-drilling — the bugle head pulls the board down without crushing it. Available in Torx T25 and Phillips PH2 drives, in lengths from 60mm to 300mm, with EvoShield® 500HR coating as standard. Pair with a round or oval stress plate to spread the load on soft or thick insulation.

Timber Roofs & Substrates
Sharp point insulation screws drive straight into timber rafters, joists and boards, with a coarse single thread for maximum pull-out in softwood and a 1,000-hour EvoShield® coating for extended service life. Self-drilling versions also handle timber, so one screw can cover a mixed steel-and-timber job.

Masonry, Brick, Concrete & Soffits
Galvanised metal insulation anchors fix rigid boards and mineral wool to blockwork, brickwork and concrete through a simple 8mm drilled hole, with a 40mm compression disk holding the insulation firm — A2 stainless versions cover more demanding environments. Concrete insulation screws with a UV-stabilised 25mm nylon head fix insulation systems direct to concrete ceilings and soffits in lengths up to 350mm, and for built-up roofs on concrete decks, heavy duty multi-purpose roofing screws fasten insulation and single ply membrane to steel, timber and concrete alike.

Flat Roofs, Membranes & Load Spreading
Stress plates, recessed washers and insulation disks stop membrane and insulation pulling over the fastener head on single ply and built-up flat roofs. Choose galvanised round and oval plates for standard work, A2 stainless for corrosive conditions, and polypropylene or capped washers where a thermal break or telescopic fixing is needed.
